Este proyecto presenta el enorme desafío de su emplazamiento: parcelas en la montaña con una pendiente extrema, hecho que, por otro lado, otorga unas vistas sin interrupciones de las montañas y del mar. Este factor, unido a las limitaciones urbanísticas, nos llevó a un planteamiento muy lineal, en el que se disfruta de las vistas en todas las estancias de las casas. La ausencia de jardín se compensa con grandes terrazas con piscina que dan la sensación de estar suspendidas en el aire.
This project presents the enormous challenge of its location: plots in the mountains with an extreme slope, which, on the other hand, provides uninterrupted views of the mountains and the sea. This factor, together with the urban planning constraints, led us to a very linear approach, in which the views are enjoyed in all the rooms of the houses. The absence of a garden is compensated for by large terraces with a swimming pool that give the sensation of being suspended in the air.
